I found Steve's insights as a learning technologist and his ability to empathise with users, was a key contribution to the success of the programme. The fact that he was often our first choice of 'go-to' person when we needed a really capable pair of hands to lead user interactions and training seminars, speaks to his abilities. His innate calmness coupled with an ability to think quickly on his feet, made for positive interactions with people at all levels across Oxford.
